pressure hot water provided by central heating, 240v immersion heater or by running the engine.
Forward Section
• Double half-glazed steel doors to spacious living area, consisting of two couches each convertible to single beds, both with large storage beneath. Removable table fits between couches for use as dining area.
• Sitting area with two tub chairs and foot stools facing flat-screen TV and hi-fi (also available).
• Modern kitchen with extensive work surfaces, stainless steel sink and draining board, plus generous drawer and cupboard space.

This is a smart, well-equipped, and centrally-heated 57’ narrow boat, perfect as a pied-a- terre or live-aboard - at less than half the price of one bedroom properties in the area. Perfect for an individual or couple, extra berths allow up to 4 people to sleep comfortably and, with a spacious living area and modern kitchen, it makes for a wonderful London apartment. She is bright, spacious and very well presented.
The boat is moored in picturesque and historic Limehouse Marina, close to the Thames, near Canary Wharf and the City. Perfect as a base for professionals, with excellent road, rail (including DLR) and airport links, plus prime access to Britain's extensive network of beautiful rivers and canals. Quiet and secure, but just minutes from shops, pubs, restaurants and the heart of London.
About the mooring – Limehouse Marina . . .
• Currently Grade 1 for pied-a-terre or Residential with up to a 10 year contract available. All moorings are subject to agreement with marina management.
• Extensive marina facilities (pump-out, showers, laundry, chandlery etc)
• Very secure, with keypad entry and security patrols.
• Car parking can be available in secure underground car park.
• Yearly mooring fee is comparable with service charges and council tax for flats, but also includes water.
• Boat access to River Thames (access to West / South), Regent’s Canal (North) and River Lee (East).
• Many restaurants / coffee shops in local area.
• Road access via Rotherhithe Tunnel (A101) and A13 (Commercial Rd.)
• National and DLR rail access via Limehouse Station.
• London City Airport 15 mins on DLR.
The Marina may charge a 5% premium on the boat price for transfer of the mooring.
