This is a well fitted reverse layout boat. Spacious, light accommodation with an attractive fit-out and solid wood floors.
Entering from the rear deck into the large wheelhouse, with seating and storage. There is also a side door to this to port. Windows all round make this an ideal living and socialising area. There is a light-weight roof which just lifts off and rolls away. The upper walls can then be folded down to give normal narrowboat height and open cockpit.
Entering down into a very large galley kitchen. There is a gas stove and hob, a 12volt fridge and loads of storage and work surfaces. There is also a large solid fuel stove, which incorporates an oven, with a back boiler to provide hot water and heating via radiators and wide gauge pipes throughout the boat. There is also a Morco instant gas water heater and an engine calorifier.
Open plan to the kitchen is a dining area with large table. This is where the two side hatches are located.
Next is a good living area with sofa/bed and a tall bookcase.
The bathroom is full width with a sumptuous shower, basin in a vanity unit and the only wooden seated cassette toilet I have seen.
The bedroom has a generous double bed and a good sized wardrobe. Door to front deck
4 burner gas cooker/stove

Broker's Comments
We have had several of these Dutch Barge Style narrowboats for sale, but they are rarely as nice as this and always attract a lot of interest. The high gunnels and vertical walls make for a roomy feel.
The space is well used and the reverse layout is perfect for this type of boat. The wheelhouse provides an extra living area and all-weather cruising in comfort.
The engineering is superb, with hydraulic transmission and a bow thruster.
This boat would be a great live-aboard, but also a luxurious leisure cruiser.
