This is a fabulous live-aboard butty on a sensational mooring. Tucked away down a country lane in an area of woods, fields, lakes and of course the canal.

The boat is beautifully finished and furnished with tons of light.

The mooring has extensive grounds, a communal chicken run, parking and a shelter.

The mooring is transferable, subject to agreement with the owner.

There is a dry-dock on site and a Canadian canoe is included in the sale.

If you would like a tug to move it try Ref# 154437 or you could fit a hydraulic drive and have a butty that moves under its own power!
