Broker's Comments

Boatshed Essex are pleased to be presenting this Broom 1070, which brings all of the quality and specification expected of a Broom boat, into a Motor Cruiser capable of inland and offshore use alike.

The cockpit provides plenty of space and seating, with a full cockpit enclosure and exterior helm position. The radar arch and windows are collapsible, providing a perfect platform for exploring the Broads, Thames and inland waterways.

The interior is comfortable, light and spacious benefitting from plenty of windows and storage throughout. The open saloon contains an interior helm position and leads to the double aft cabin, complete with en-suite head and shower. Further forward and set lower, is the separate well equipped galley and main heads with shower and finally, the twin forward cabin.

This version presents as well maintained (detailed throughout the listing) and lightly used. Visiting the boat and listening to the boat's recent history, suggested it is ready for a new owner's use.

If you would like any more details or to organise a personal viewing, then please do contact our office and we would be pleased to help.
