Broker's Comments

This is a very clever and sensible design for a 23ft sports cruiser. She has a remarkable amount of space in the cockpit and also has the added benefit of an easy access walk-through transom door. There is no shortage of accommodation down below either, when you get on board the boat it is difficult to believe that she is only 23ft. The build quality is very good, for example it is a good sign when you see the companionway door made from solid wood. We are told by the owner that she is mechanically sound and is a turnkey boat, that said she is looking a like a lot of boats do at the end of the season, needing a lift, a wash & a polish. But other than that we were very impressed with her.
NOTE: There is a misfire at wide open throttle which is likely to be a cracked head or head gasket hence the recent price reduction.
