Broker's Comments

A very spacious and well presented Freeman 26 with beautiful refurbished woodwork in January 2022. The interior is evidence of the boat being well cared for and maintained by the current owners for the last 12 years.
3 owners from new.

She has a current BSC until 31st May 2027 and the Broads Authority Toll is paid for until the end of March 2024! There is a FULL boat cover, which is new, and an older one for winter covering, an addition worth having!!

Also, the current mooring could be available with negotiation with the marina management and is also paid for until renewal at the end of March 2024!! This is a combined total saving of in excess of £2100.00!

This boat also benefits from the last survey date of 21/05/2021 and will be available to the new owner with permission from the vendor. All in all a classic and well respected boat.

The current marina operates a stack system mooring so the boat is always ashore until the owner requires the boat to be launched and ready for use, all in the annual fee. This means that the boat will spend most of it's time out of the water and reduces the normal wear and tear of the hull/antifouling to a real minimum!

Just to round it off, the cockpit canopy is recently new and in excellent condition!

A real opportunity to purchase this boat and early viewing is highly recommended!
