Broker's Comments

This Mitchell is a cross between the Mark II and Mark III but having the extended cabin its much more like the Mark III.The current owner has owned this boat from new and had a considerable input, working with John Shaw of J S Mouldings during the fit out.
The extended wheelhouse houses the saloon area and the helm; you then step down to the galley starboard and the heads compartment to port. Forward of this there is a good sized V-berth with an infill to make a double. The saloon also converts to a double berth.
This one has an out drive with the engine housed aft under the cockpit sole. The out drive was replaced with a brand new one in 2013. The Engine has been serviced March 2015.
In summary this is a very nice example of this popular boat.
