Broker's Comments

The Princess 435 is a yacht renowned by their owners for the quality of build and also have a superb reputation for being offshore go-anywhere vessels with renowned sea-keeping qualities and luxurious accommodation.

As I first approached this boat, I was immediately taken by the high level of polish and shine as she glistened in the harbour. This boat, built in 1990 simply appears to be a boat much younger than her years.

Onboard, the same theme followed as I stepped through the companionway into the saloon area. I was again very pleasantly surprised by the sheer space and the quality and appearance of her fixtures and fittings. This boat felt incredibly airy and fresh and was a wonderful space to spend time onboard. She feels cavernous below and on deck through the use of very clever design by her builders which all adds up to the feeling of being onboard a much bigger yacht.

This spacious yacht has full headroom throughout and has three double cabins (two double and one twin double). Two en-suite, electric heads and showers makes it a fabulous liveaboard proposition - a floating luxury apartment currently moored in a wonderful location!

The current owner informs me that the boat has been fitted out with many extras in his ownership and that of the previous owner. He explained that a relative of the previous owner worked for Princess Yachts and any new upgrades that were fitted to the boat, were genuine Princess Yachts parts, which I felt was a very nice touch.

She has a comprehensive and up-to-date navigation suite with the advantage of instrument repeaters at the flybridge helm. Her general layout above decks provides for easy communication between the aft cockpit and flybridge (two steps only) which makes her far more congenial than some examples of the genre. Her cavernous interior provides for two en-suite cabins, well-sited for privacy at opposite ends of the vessel. Her interior appears immaculately clean and modern which is a testament to her current owner. In my opinion, she is certainly an above-average example of these fabulous boats at a keen asking price.

The current owner was keen for me to detail below some of the many new items of equipment and upgrades that have been added to this boat.
