Broker's Comments

A superb example of the very popular Statesman 320. She is well found in all departments, clean, dry, well equipped and very presentable in every regard.
The owner and I have known each other for a good number of years and I can confirm that he has always been obsessive about cleaning, polishing and maintaining this and his previous boats.
Although pictured afloat on her berth, she has just gone to a local yard where she has been lifted, washed and set down to be antifouled and have new anodes etc. Pictures of this are to follow. Also while ashore the legs are being fully serviced including new gimble bearings and bellows.
