Broker's Comments

This is a clean tidy Catalac 8m in actual fact Sail No.1
2001 when first bought by the current owners she was epoxied and then again sanded back in 2018 with 5 coats epoxy and antifouled. She offers a huge amount of space inside and out for a 27ft boat. Engine is a 2013 and is fresh water rinsed through after every use. She had a survey March 2022

A 1960s cruising catamaran. The design has a solid foredeck, a flared bow, and a hard chine hull section which gives reserve buoyancy. The hard chined vee-bottoms, and will dry out on sand or mud.
