Broker's Comments
Taking gold for the best British production Gaffer of all time, with over 1100 built since 1979 these boats really are an iconic sight in UK harbours and waterways.
Built to owner specifications, options include either outboard or inboard propulsion. This one benefits from the more popular inboard option and is fitted with a well maintained Yanmar 1GM10.
The self-draining cockpit is roomy compared to other boats of her size and the companionway leads down to the classic port and starboard two berth layout with small cooker, water tank and storage situated forward.
A shallow 1’ 6” draught and lifting keel gives great access to tranquil coves & creeks taking the ground around a tide with ease. Launch and retrieval is simple from the single axle trailer which appears in decent condition.
The boat is currently afloat and kept on a marina berth. The accompanying trailer gives options to retrieve, transport and store ashore if desired.
A highly popular trailer sailor in great condition with an unbeatable track record. We recommend viewing.
