Construction :
• AKILARIA 40RC3 is built in female moulds.
• The hull and deck are infused in Corecell fibreglass sandwich.
• All internal structures such as transversal and longitudinal bulkheads are in infused fibreglass foam sandwich.
• The deck is bonded to the hull with Spabond 345. Stanchions bolted through the hull/ deck bond complete the join. - All the interior layout is composite made: Chart table, galley, storage units. - Each and every piece is systematically weighed during the boat build.

The Akilaria RC3 is a completely new boat and the design is based on the background gleamed from the RC1 & RC2 with an objective to fully optimise her regarding the Class 40 rules.
The cockpit was conceived to optimise manoeuvres and to optimise short-handed and solo sailing. Enjoy!
