Windows have been taken out cleaned and resealed 2 years ago no leaks that owners are aware of.

This De Groot 11-380 is a great looking steel motor yacht. She has received an extensive refit since her ownership in 2018. She is a very stylish live aboard that still motors well under her own steam.
She comprises of a double aft cabin, saloon wheelhouse and forward cabin dinette/galley or guest berth. One heads/shower room.
The outside space is lovely either aft deck or forward deck. She is easy to walk around and benefits from side gates. I particularly noticed how tidy she was inside and out and how good the paint work looked outside on the hull and decks.
