Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are pleased to offer this Princess 315 Flybridge for sale. Built in 1992 and offered in excellent condition, the 315 was one of the smallest flybridge model Princess made and this is a lot of boat for the money.

There is a good sized saloon with helm position and galley set to port down a couple of steps. The master cabin has a good sized bed and the bathroom has a sea toilet, connected to a holding tank, basin and shower.

The saloon upholstery was replaced in 2019. There is a full survey available from June 2020.

The Volvo Penta 5.0GL engines only have 320 hours on them and the batteries were replaced in 2019.

The leisure mooring at St Katharine Docks could be transferred to the new owner if you wanted to continue to use it as a London pied-a-terre. Current mooring fees are £8,125 per annum. There would be a 5% transfer fee to pay.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
