If Halloween just makes you think of costumes, parties, pumpkins and sweets then perhaps you haven’t thought of taking your little ones to London’s canals on 31st October? If you fancy an outing with a difference that the whole family can enjoy then here’s how to do something this Halloween that your kids will love.

The Puppet Theatre Barge is a 55-seat theatre in London’s Little Venice which presents shows throughout the year. On several dates at the end of October they are showing The Three Pigs and The Wolf, (Plus Captain Grimey), which is suitable for 3 to 8 year olds. These traditional characters are joined by a miserable one-legged seacaptain (Grimey), and a golden dolphin, to tell this morality tale.
