Broker's Comments
This yacht is an unfinished project. When completed she could be a bluewater sailing yacht, coastal cruiser or a live aboard.
Her current owner has been living on board whilst working on her and has done a lot of work. This includes insulating under new headlining.
New batteries 2021
Wiring, low voltage lights and plenty of sockets with charging points.
The deck is gel coated but needs sanding and some non-slip coating.
She appears to have a very efficient diesel and a blown air heating system, along with a very good hot water system.
She has a radar arch, with solar panel on top - the arch could be taken down if not required.
A new canopy made from double waterproof acrylic - mildew and UV resistant canvas will soon be fitted.
A very comfortable fitted double bed with fitted feather duvet.
Lots of manuals included. A container has lots in it to help complete the project.
As can be seen from the pictures work still needs to be done - she just needs to find the right person to take her to the next level.
