This is Colecraft hull with a fit out by Rugby Boats. She is unusual in that the superstructure is wooden rather than steel. This allows for easy overpainting of the majority of the boat.
The hull was surveyed in 2007 and remedial work done to bring her back to an insurable condition.
She is on a very nice secure mooring with a good size plot which would take a garden shed and still leave plenty of lawn and garden. This mooring is transferable with the boat, subject to agreement with marina management.

Broker's Comments
This is a great liveaboard, suitable for a single person or a couple. There is a great secure mooring about 10 mins walk from Southall main line which connects to the tube at Ealing.
There is good street parking outside the mooring gate. There is a good sized garden is included with the mooring where a shed could be erected. There is a laundry room on site with post collection facilities and elsan disposal.
It is a pleasant secure mooring with a good community feel.
Please note that transfer of the mooring will be subject to agreement with the management of the marina. A premium of approx £2000 will be required to take over the mooring. Current cost is £410 per month.
It should also be noted that there are several small pedestrian bridges that need to be raised by hand for the boat to exit the marina.
