Boatshed Grand Union are pleased to offer this 57ft Narrowboat with residential mooring at Packet Boat Marina in Uxbridge, W London.
Built in 2005 by the highly regarded G & J Reeves and then fitted out by Sabre Narrowboats, this boat has been with its current owners since 2006 and has been lovingly maintained and used regularly in that time. The boat has done many miles on the canal network and was re-engined in 2013.
Inside, the boat is bright and modern with six berths arranged across one cabin (with cross bed), a dining table that converts into a double and a sofa bed. The boat has central heating, a stove and immersion heater for hot water.
The boat is being sold with a transferable residential mooring at Packet Boat Marina. Current mooring fees are roughly £8,400 p.a. and the marina will charge a 5% transfer (of the sale price) to transfer across the mooring.
