Broker's Comments
Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this 60ft Trad Stern Narrowboat for sale.
Built in 1974 but extended to 60ft in 1992, this boat has been lovingly refurbished in the last few years to the highest standard and would make an ideal liveaboard or cruising holiday home.
The boat has been surveyed in March 2015 with the hull coming up in great condition and the boat was blacked at the same time.
All over this boat, there is the evidence that the owners have put proper care and attention into it. Little touches like installing a gauge for the water tank and lights in the cratch lets you know it has been maintained to the highest standard.
The interior is traditional but bright with a modern galley and large living space with separate dining area. The cabin has a full sized double bed once fully folded out. The walk-through bathroom has a full size shower cubicle and Thetford chemical loo.
The boat is being sold with its leisure mooring at Cowroast Marina near Tring and is transferable on the purchase of the boat. Current mooring fees are £3,800 p.a.
