Broker's Comments
This lovely traditionally styled liveaboard comes with a non residential (leisure) mooring on the River Lee, less than 30 minutes by train from Liverpool Street Station.
The shell and super structure are to a high specification by a prestigious boat builder. The specification of the mechanical aspects is very high and would suit those looking to travel the system widely in comfort.
Entering through the front doors, the salon is appointed with a pair of arm chairs and plenty of space for the usual entertainment systems. Sensibly, the solid fuel stove is situated away from the front doors to allow heat to dissipate more evenly throughout the boat.
The galley is well equipped with a 12V fridge/freezer, hob and cooker as well as a full sized washer dryer. Moving aft, there is a pullman dinette which serves as a guest berth.
The bathroom allows for the option of space, by opening across the boat, or privacy by keeping a corridor for other guests. It contains a large shower and porcelain macerator loo.
The cabin to the rear of the boat has a cross bed that lifts to allow passage through the boat whist underway. It features plenty of wardrobe space and an additional loo near the helm steps.
