Comentario del broker
This is a beautifully presented 60x12 widebeam canal boat that would make a very comfortable liveaboard for two, or for cruising in some luxury.
This Collingwood boat is 4 years old and the engine is only 58 hours old so she is in pristeen condition and well worth a look. Complete with pram and cratch covers and bow thruster. Blacked in 2016 and BSS until April 2018.
This is a one cabin example which leaves a larger galley and living area and the large sofa bed will be available with the boat. The double cabin has ample storage space for clothes and there is good storage throughout the rest of the boat. Collingwood produce plenty of boats and over the years have finessed their layouts and designs to make great liveaboard boats.
The boat is currently moored in Uxbridge on a leisure mooring which is fully transferable to the new owner if they want to keep it moored there.
Packet Boat Marina is conveniently located for commuting into central London via West Drayton station, which is about 15 mins walk from the marina. Current mooring fees are £5,200 p.a. and the marina will charge a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to transfer the mooring license.
